I wanted to quickly create an illustration using Adobe Shape and/or Adobe Capture (Shape is old news, but I didn't see Capture for my iPad). I loaded an image I had in my references into Shape and I loved how fast and easy it was to convert a photo to a vector. I let it save, then loaded the file into Illustrator. Didn't do much, but removed some weird geometry. This looks like an autotrace for sure and I mostly left it just to be sort of quick about it. Loaded into Photoshop and added several layers of smoke images I shot not long ago along with several filters, blurs, and noise changes. Added the Photoshop flame filter into the background and gave it the blue-green tint. Also added the Photoshop picture frame filter with the hearts and vines. Finally fine-tuned the layer blending. Total time was just under 1 hour on this one.
