I combined the nude female form and unique lighting.
I always loved the look of fairy lights in low-light shots with nudes and I wanted to try the same in my studio to see what kinds of unique images we could get.
I left the shutter open with a release and let Jeane shift from pose to pose for a couple of seconds and then I would hit the strobe release and close the shutter.
I never knew quite what I would get each time. These are some of my favorite projects: the ones where you have no specific goal other than to see what kinds of things you can make or do with simple lighting and concept. They help inform much bigger projects in so many barely tangible ways.
I can't wait to try again with a better plan for getting more specific results.
